The Opportunity

Worldline develops software used to sell UK train tickets online, in person, and via self-service kiosks. We are replacing our systems with up-to-date, reliable solutions and seek an enthusiastic, organized, and innovative colleague to join our team.

Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with Architects to design future systems.
  2. Work with the CTO team to ensure quality standards.
  3. Lead the team, providing direction and implementing strategies.
  4. Write clean, secure, test-driven code.
  5. Collaborate with peers inside and outside your team.
  6. Develop expertise in the rail retail business and serve as a point of contact.
  7. Participate in ongoing training to stay current.
  8. Embrace new technologies and working methods.
Candidate Profile

We seek big thinkers with a passion for driving change, a can-do attitude, and a desire to learn. Specifically, candidates should have:

  1. Extensive experience developing RESTful APIs with .NET Core, VueJS 2/3, and C#.
  2. Experience in frontend development using VueJS 2/3 or Angular.
  3. Knowledge of cloud concepts such as containerization, AWS Fargate, Lambda.
  4. Experience integrating disparate systems.
  5. Familiarity with Azure DevOps, including Pipelines.
  6. Experience designing micro and macro services.
  7. A inquisitive mindset and a desire for continuous learning.
