Job Title: Senior Full Stack Ruby on Rails Developer (B2C SaaS) x 3

Location: Fully Remote (UK & EU Based Candidates Only)

Salary: This is very dependent on the candidate as there are 3 roles, but a budget of roughly £70-90k.

Role:

As a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer, you will be working on full-stack development, with a particular focus on building high-quality, scalable web and mobile applications. You’ll be joining a small, close-knit team and play an instrumental role in shaping the future of their platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-stack Ruby on Rails development efforts for new features and enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with product and design teams to define technical solutions.
• Work with cutting-edge technologies like Hotwire and Stimulus to deliver dynamic, modern web and mobile experiences.
• Contribute to code reviews and help define best practices within the team.
• Maintain and improve the scalability and performance of the platform as they grow.

You’ll Have:

• Proven experience with full-stack Ruby on Rails development.
• Experience with Hotwire and Stimulus.
• Solid experience with mobile development - with Rails-based frameworks.
• Ability to thrive in a fully remote, collaborative work environment.
• A passion for continuous learning and delivering high-quality, maintainable code.
