Job description

Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack Ruby)

To qualify you must possess at least 10 years of experience in custom software development, having delivered plenty of production web and/or mobile applications. Because we are one of the most prominent Ruby on Rails shops in the world, you should have at least five years of experience building and maintaining web applications using Ruby on Rails, preferably more. As a full stack engineer, you should be able to independently put together solutions from JavaScript and CSS on the front-end, to SQL and cloud-based deployment configuration pipelines on the backend.

The most qualified candidates for this position will possess proven leadership capabilities either in corporate team settings or within the open source community, and you should be able to comfortably demonstrate full confidence in problem analysis, solution design, and the crafting of solutions with well-tested code. You should possess excellent English verbal and written communication skills, and be excited about putting those skills to use with our consulting clients and while mentoring less experienced developers.
