Job summary

Hackajob Ltd is seeking a seasoned Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable trading web applications and backend services. You will collaborate with traders, product managers, and engineers to define requirements and deliver high-performance solutions.

The role requires 4+ years of experience, strong JS framework skills (React/Angular/Vue), Java 17, REST/GraphQL, and a solid grounding in Agile, design patterns, and data systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of proven Full Stack Engineer experience, preferably in trading or finance.
• Strong proficiency with modern web frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
• Experience with Java 17 and RESTful/GraphQL APIs is a plus.
• Experience with SQL, NoSQL databases (Ignite) and distributed storage.
• Able to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies and best practices.
• Knowledge of design patterns in enterprise environments.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset; trading/financial services background preferred.
• Knowledge of trading protocols and low-latency systems; data analytics/visualization familiarity.
• Experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and backend services for trading operations.
• Collaborate with traders, product managers, and engineers to define requirements and deliver solutions.
• Implement and optimize high-performance APIs, microservices, and data pipelines.
