Job summary

Radley James is seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer to build high-performance trading products, client portals and internal applications in a fast-moving environment.

You will own features across the full stack, collaborating with engineering, product and trading teams to design scalable platforms, from backend services and real-time APIs to modern interfaces used by traders and clients. Flexible hybrid working is offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack software engineering experience.
• Experience with Go or Python backend development.
• REST APIs and real-time systems experience.
• Knowledge of AWS, containers, CI/CD and observability.
• Strong authentication, authorization and application security knowledge.
• Financial services, trading or digital-assets experience is beneficial.

A leading digital-assets trading firm is seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer to build high-performance trading products, client portals and internal applications.

The role

You will own features across the full stack, from backend services and real-time APIs to modern interfaces used by traders and clients. You'll work closely with engineering, product and trading teams to develop new platforms from the ground up.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack software engineering experience
• Strong Go or Python backend development
• Experience building REST APIs and real-time systems
• Knowledge of AWS, containers, CI/CD and observability
• Strong understanding of authentication, authorization and application security
• Financial services, trading or digital-assets experience is beneficial

The preferred stack isReact and Go, although strong React and Python candidates will also be considered. Applications from hands-on Technical Leads and Engineering Managers are welcome.
