Job summary

VIQU Limited is seeking a Full Stack Engineer for a contract role in the UK, delivering across the stack from Python back end to TypeScript front end. The role involves on-site work in secure, air-gapped environments and close collaboration with customers and senior engineers.

You will own features end-to-end, implement CI/CD, and help harden security while navigating tight deadlines and complex requirements. A UK-based candidate with SC clearance is preferred for this high-trust programme.

Qualifications

• Extensive commercial experience with Python backend services and APIs.
• Extensive frontend experience with modern TypeScript frameworks.
• Strong Linux skills: shell, networking, processes, systemd.

Responsibilities

• Build full-stack features from database to UI across Python back end and React/TypeScript front end.
• Deploy into secure, air-gapped environments with on-site deployment and troubleshooting.
• Own features from scope with technical lead/CTO and customer until production release and support.
