Job summary

Sellick Partnership in Bath is recruiting a Senior Full-Stack Engineer for a major UK Defence Programme, with hybrid working (typically three days onsite).

You’ll build full‑stack features, design integrations with ERP and data platforms, primarily using Java, SQL, TypeScript and Angular, and own end‑to‑end delivery while mentoring peers.

Applicants must be UK nationals eligible for UK Security Clearance (SC).

Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Full-Stack Engineer on complex projects.
• Hands-on with front-end and back-end technologies.
• Experience integrating third‑party platforms or ERP systems.
• Security clearance eligibility (UK SC) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build full-stack features across user-facing applications, backend services, APIs and data.
• Design and develop integrations with ERP systems, data platforms and external technologies.
• Work primarily with Java, SQL, TypeScript and Angular.
• Design REST and event-driven APIs and integrations.
• Introduce event-driven and CDC patterns where appropriate.
• Work with data warehouse/lakehouse environments and real-time data flows.
• Make architectural decisions around scalability, security, performance.
