Job summary

Little Journey is building Trial Flow, a participant support platform for clinical trials. We seek a Fullstack Software Engineer to own end-to-end delivery in a small, autonomous squad. You’ll contribute from problem framing through production, with emphasis on quality, system thinking, and collaboration with Product and Design.

The role is full-time, hybrid (Leeds) or remote in the UK, reporting to the Engineering Manager within a ~10-person team. Visa sponsorship is not available for the UK.

Qualifications

• Full-lifecycle software engineering across frontend, backend and APIs.
• Experience shipping mobile apps (Capacitor or similar).
• Experience in modern cloud environments (GCP, Docker, Vercel, Sanity).
• Ability to work in regulated or high-quality environments.

Responsibilities

• Shape what we build with Product and Design.
• Design and break down complex solutions across user journeys and tech layers.
• Build across the full product stack (frontend, APIs, backend).
• Own testing, deployment, observability and production support.
• Review designs and code to raise engineering bar.
