Job summary

ADLIB is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to design, build and evolve scalable platforms for clients in the creative, media and digital sectors. You will own features end-to-end and shape technical direction in a remote-first team with occasional Bristol office days.

You will work with TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js and PostgreSQL on AWS, using AI-assisted tooling. The role emphasises architecture, mentorship and cross-project collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience with TypeScript/JavaScript/React/Next.js/Node.js in multi-client projects.
• Ability to review AI-generated code and use AI-assisted development tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL and relational database design.
• Experience deploying on AWS and containerised deployments (Docker).
• Exposure to headless CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and related tools would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of modern web applications frontend and backend.
• Own features from planning to deployment and ongoing improvements.
• Work with TS/React/Next.js/Node.js and PostgreSQL on AWS environments.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and engineering best practices.
• Mentor teammates and share knowledge across projects.
