Job summary

At Atom invest is seeking a full-stack software developer to lead the next wave of features on our award-winning web platform. You will work across engineering and product to build scalable, high-quality software in a fast-paced fintech startup environment.

You will collaborate with the team to optimize performance, mentor junior engineers and help shape the growth of Atominvest during this exciting scale-up phase.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years+ experience in web development with ReactJS/NodeJS
• Strong proficiency in AWS, MongoDB and front-end tech
• Good understanding of HTML/CSS/LESS/SASS and modern JS tooling
• Experience shipping high-quality SaaS products at scale
• Team leadership and mentoring capability
• Strong UI/UX sensibilities and client-facing thinking

Responsibilities

• Build performant, scalable features across the web platform
• Optimize existing features and platform performance
• Tackle complex engineering problems with logical, efficient solutions
• Prioritize engineering work to address new challenges
• Adopt new technologies and patterns where appropriate
• Lead, mentor, and develop junior engineers
• Help attract, interview, and onboard future team members
