Job summary

Understanding Recruitment is partnering with a leading fintech to hire a Senior Frontend Engineer. You will own the front-end of enterprise-grade, data-driven web applications used by top asset management clients.

You’ll work on client-facing products from brief to delivery, mentor junior engineers, and help shape frontend strategy and roadmap in a collaborative, high-visibility environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial experience building enterprise-grade websites or web applications.
• Strong React and Typescript experience with UI/UX design.
• Proven track record of building client-facing products from the ground up.
• Strong understanding of modern frontend design patterns and web fundamentals.
• Experience creating data-driven or highly interactive web applications.

Responsibilities

• Build enterprise-grade, data-driven web applications and interactive widgets.
• Take projects from initial brief through to delivery.
• Mentor junior engineers and share technical expertise across the business.
• Contribute to the frontend roadmap and shape future technical direction.
