Job summary

Onyx-Conseil is seeking a Senior Fullstack Software Developer to join its growing fintech team in London. The role focuses on leading the technical arm, delivering high-performance mobile and web apps, and coordinating rapid iterations in an agile environment.

You will work with React, Swift/Objective-C, Java, Rails, Node.js and Angular, driving architecture decisions, code quality and timely releases in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of extensive native mobile app (iOS & Android) and web app development experience.
• Portfolio of released web apps and mobile applications.
• Experience with multi-threaded client software, client-server architecture and scaling systems.
• Experienced in the Software Development Life-cycle (Agile).
• Familiarity with the Financial Information Exchange (FIX) Protocol is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical arm of the team in fast iteration cycles with tight deadlines using Agile/Scrum.
• Coordinate, code, develop and document software specifications across the project life cycle.
• Participate in technical, design and architecture discussions with external partners from finance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business requirements and test applications.
• Drive best practices to improve product quality, processes and tooling; fix production issues.
