Job summary

Agntx seeks two senior full-stack developers for a UK central government digital service. You will craft Java 11 services with Spring Boot/Maven, front-end templating via Nunjucks or Freemarker, and build microservices with Kafka/ActiveMQ/RabbitMQ. Expect API exposure through Kong, CI pipelines with Git/GitLab CI/Jenkins/SonarQube and AWS-based delivery.

Remote with occasional travel to UK cities. Ideal candidates will have strong Java 11, experience in event-driven architectures, API gateway

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Java 11 services with Spring Boot and Maven.
• Work in templating frameworks such as Nunjucks and Freemarker.
• Design and deliver microservices and event-driven architecture using Kafka, ActiveMQ or RabbitMQ.
• Manage and expose APIs through an API gateway, Kong.
• Build and maintain CI pipelines in Git, GitLab CI, Jenkins and SonarQube.
• Deliver on AWS.
