Job summary

Searchability is seeking a mid to senior Full Stack Developer to join their hybrid team in Tunbridge Wells. You will work on their bespoke ecommerce platform, CRM, and internal tools, owning features end to end and guiding AI-assisted development.

You will join a small three-person team, design solutions, review agent outputs, and collaborate across the webstore and integrations. In return, they offer £50,000–£70,000, annual bonus, pension and 23 days holiday rising with service, plus a modern

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience with C#, .NET / .NET Framework and ASP.NET MVC.
• SQL Server, LINQ and an ORM such as Entity Framework.
• JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
• Unit and integration testing with MS Test, Selenium or similar.
• Developing and maintaining web applications end to end, plus API integrations.
• Git and GitHub workflows.
• Hands on use of AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor or Copilot, at work or on your own projects.
• Good engineering judgement, and able to turn business requirements into clear designs and specs.
• Commutable to Tunbridge Wells for three days a week.
• Full right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Understand business problems and refine requirements.
• Design practical, maintainable solutions and break them into clear specs and tasks for AI agents.
• Reviewing and testing agent output, and owning the quality of what ships.
• Building and improving features across the webstore, internal tools, CRM and merchandising systems.
• Building and maintaining third party API integrations.
• Discussing design decisions, reviewing code and tackling harder problems with the team.
• Supporting production systems and making pragmatic trade offs between quality, risk, time and business needs.
