Job summary

Colibri Digital is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to architect and deploy cloud-native applications across the UK and EMEA. The role is remote with UK residency required, a 6-month contract with potential for permanency, and a focus on consultative client collaboration.

You will own the full stack from frontend UI to backend logic, including IaC, serverless design, and AI-assisted delivery while ensuring security and quality.

Qualifications

• Proven commercial experience in a full stack development role.
• Strong in event-driven architectures.
• Hands-on with React Native, React, Node.js, TypeScript and Angular.
• Experience building mobile-ready modular components.
• Proficient with AWS IaC (Terraform) and AWS Serverless (e.g., Lambda).
• Solid automation and CI/CD experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or CodePipeline.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and 3rd party APIs; GraphQL experience.
• Solid containerisation (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Automated testing experience; strong communication with stakeholders.
• Consultative mindset; able to explain technical concepts to non-tech audiences.
• Able to work in agile, client-facing environments with autonomy.
• Able to travel or commute for client sessions when required.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy cloud-native web apps using React, Node.js and TypeScript.
• Own frontend to backend lifecycle; implement IaC and Terraform for environments.
• Design serverless solutions on AWS including IAM and performance tuning.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining security.
• Build automated CI/CD pipelines bridging code and deployment.
• Mentor junior engineers and present architectural roadmaps to stakeholders.
