Job summary

Randstad Technologies Recruitment in London is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer for an investment banking role. You will design and scale cloud-native applications across risk management, driving end-to-end development with Java, Kotlin, React, and cloud tech.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor peers, and ensure code quality while delivering secure, scalable software in a hybrid London-based environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in building backend in Java/Kotlin and frontend in React.
• Familiarity with modern state management and RESTful/gRPC APIs.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Architecture & Development: Build performant frontend and backend systems using Java, Kotlin, ReactJS, and modern state management tools (Redux/Context API).
• API & Event Integration: Design RESTful APIs, gRPC services, and event-driven architectures leveraging Kafka and Flink for real-time data processing.
• Cloud & DevOps: Deploy and maintain cloud-native applications on AWS and Kubernetes while supporting automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers, enforce clean code standards, and drive performance optimizations.
• Domain Alignment: Apply investment banking and risk management knowledge to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
