Fireblocks is building the backbone of on-chain access for high‑value transactions across multiple blockchain networks. You will design and deploy scalable backend services, own API components, and drive DeFi protocol integrations.

You should bring 7+ years in backend or full‑stack roles, strong Web3 knowledge, and a passion for secure, reliable systems. This role offers impact at scale in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Blockchain and Web3 experience is a must.
• Knowledge of transaction lifecycles, consensus mechanisms, and smart contract interactions.
• Experience with multiple blockchain ecosystems (EVM and non-EVM).

Responsibilities

• Design and build robust, scalable backend services for high-volume on-chain flows across multiple networks.
• Own end-to-end development of backend components and APIs from architecture to production.
• Lead integrations with DeFi protocols, on-chain data sources, and blockchain nodes.
• Research and evaluate emerging blockchain tech to stay at the cutting edge.
• Optimize production systems for performance, reliability, and security.
• Collaborate with product, protocol research, and platform engineering teams to deliver solutions.
• Drive features from inception to delivery at scale.
