AVEVA Cambridge is seeking a Senior Full-stack Engineer for the Core AI Services team. You will design, build, and scale AI-enabled platform services and APIs, with a focus on secure, cloud-native solutions that power AVEVA’s product portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of software engineering experience across the full stack.
• Strong Backend with cloud-native development (.NET C#) and Angular.
• Containerised deployments with Kubernetes.
• RESTful API design, versioning, testing and lifecycle management.
• Security of APIs (OAuth2, OIDC, RBAC) and data privacy.
• Experience with AI-enabled platform services is a plus.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum and distributed R&D locations.
• Proven ability to mentor colleagues and elevate code quality.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud-native services on Microsoft Azure.
• Develop and maintain clean, responsive web UIs with Angular to complement AI services.
• Create secure public APIs and SDKs for internal and external use.
• Drive features from design to production with focus on quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across data pipelines and APIs.
• Embed robust security controls and privacy-by-design practices.
• Contribute to design/code reviews and engineering best practices.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers.
