Faculty AI is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build AI-powered systems for global clients. Take ownership of the full stack from frontend to backend, turning ML outputs into production-ready solutions that scale.

You will lead cross-functional teams with data scientists and product managers, design robust frameworks, and act as the technical authority for best practices in delivery. Hybrid working and global projects await.

Qualifications

• Experience with TypeScript frontend frameworks (React/Vue).
• Backend development proficiency in Python or TS frameworks (FastAPI/Flask/Django).
• Experience deploying in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Familiarity with Docker and containerisation.
• Strong problem solving and client-facing collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Create reliable, reusable frontend and backend architectures for AI systems.
• Lead engineers within cross-functional teams to deploy sophisticated software.
• Design robust project frameworks balancing rapid prototyping and maintainability.
• Be the technical authority for full-stack development within the delivery unit.
• Provide deep technical guidance to customers on requirements and architecture.
