Job summary

Hayfin-Capital-Management seeks a seasoned Full-Stack Engineer to own and evolve the analytics workbench used for cross-team decision making. You’ll work across the full stack (Angular frontend, Python FastAPI backend) and coordinate with an offshore vendor team to keep delivery on track.

Qualifications

• 8+ years building and managing enterprise-grade software.
• 5+ years building APIs with FastAPI; 5+ years with Angular and UI libraries.
• Experience hosting and managing applications on Azure, and building solutions on Snowflake.
• Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants in daily work.
• Clear communicator when explaining technical choices to non-technical stakeholders.
• Financial services experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the analytics workflow app with Angular frontend and Python FastAPI backend.
• Develop data pipelines and models using pandas and NumPy; work with Snowflake and Azure.
• Coordinate offshore vendor team: set priorities, assign work, review output, track hours and spend.
• Apply AI coding assistants to improve development, testing, and shipping of software.
• Collaborate with the Director of Portfolio Analytics and stakeholders to translate requirements into software.
