Job summary

Mentor Talent Acquisition is recruiting a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join an ambitious AI company building an operating system for investment research. You will own features end to end across frontend, backend and data layers, ship weekly, and directly interact with clients to guide product decisions.

You will be based in London or relocate to work in person in Farringdon, collaborating with a 20-person engineering team expanding to 40+.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering experience
• Genuinely strong in TypeScript, Next.js and PostgreSQL
• Able to build a polished React/Next.js interface or solve hard TS problems quickly
• Solid foundations in data structures, system design and PostgreSQL
• High-agency and product-minded, owned projects end to end and shipped without detailed specs
• Strong client-facing communication and collaboration capabilities
• Based in London or willing to relocate to Farringdon to work in person

Responsibilities

• Own features end to end across frontend, backend and data layer
• Ship on a weekly cadence
• Speak directly with clients to inform product decisions
• Shape engineering culture as the team doubles
• Build frontier AI-powered products and knowledge graphs
• Develop a mobile app from scratch within three weeks
• Collaborate on designing low-latency, scalable systems
