Qualifications

• 5+ years as a full-stack engineer.
• Strong React/TypeScript and Python backend experience.
• Experience with AWS and cloud-native infra.
• Familiarity with AI tools in daily software delivery.
• Right to work in Northern Ireland/UK.

Responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end from idea to production code.
• Build across the full stack: React/TypeScript frontend and Python backend.
• Design and evolve distributed, event-driven systems.
• Use AI tools throughout design, coding, testing, and review.
• Contribute to codebases outside your team when needed.
• Resolve production issues quickly and independently.
• Collaborate with product and engineering leadership on technical direction.
• Mentor engineers and raise engineering practice.
