Job summary

Kappture in Ireland is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to shape the AI-native software development lifecycle. You will work across React, TypeScript, C#/.NET, REST APIs and cloud-hosted services, delivering production software while establishing standards, tooling and workflows that accelerate delivery and improve quality.

Join a team collaborating with Product, QA and Platform to turn AI-assisted development into governed processes, with a focus on reliability in high-volume

Qualifications

• Substantial experience delivering production software across frontend and backend.
• Experience owning complex product features across full software delivery lifecycle.
• Experience modernising established production applications.
• Evidence of moving beyond single AI coding assistants to repeatable engineering workflows.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps tooling and automated software delivery.
• Demonstrated technical leadership through design/review/mentoring.
• Experience in distributed product teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain high-quality applications across React/TypeScript frontends and C#/.NET backends.
• Take ownership of significant features from refinement to production support.
• Collaborate with Product/Design to translate user needs into sustainable technical solutions.
• Review requirements for ambiguity and delivery risk; provide credible estimates.
• Ensure high-volume hospitality environments prioritise reliability and simplicity.
• Support production issue investigations within owned areas.
