Job summary

tem is seeking Senior Full Stack Engineers to design and build the core systems powering its energy platform. You will work across teams to deliver scalable, reliable features for brokers, customers, and internal users.

In this role you will shape architecture, enhance developer tooling, and contribute to billing, payments, and pricing infrastructure while maintaining high standards and ownership. This is a fully remote, Europe-wide opportunity.

Qualifications

• Proven delivery of full-stack features in a startup or fast-paced product environment.
• Fluent in frontend and backend with modern JavaScript frameworks and Python/Node.js.
• Experience with AWS serverless services (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB).

Responsibilities

• Develop full-stack features across modern front-end and serverless back-end systems.
• Build intuitive interfaces and tools for customers and brokers to interact with the platform.
• Improve internal tooling, frameworks, and engineering workflows for faster delivery.
