Job summary

Morgan’s Grocer in London is seeking a senior full-stack developer to design, build, and ship features across frontend, backend and database layers for the online storefront and internal tools.

You will own APIs connecting web, store and delivery systems, make architecture decisions end to end, and leverage AI coding tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining code quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building production web applications end to end.
• Strong with a modern frontend framework (React, Next.js, or Vue) and TypeScript.
• Solid backend experience (Node.js, Python, or PHP/Laravel) and relational databases.
• Comfortable owning ambiguity — turning a rough goal into a shipped feature.
• Fluent with AI dev tools and eager to learn new technologies.

Build and own the web platforms behind Morgan’s Grocer — from the online storefront customers shop on to the internal systems that keep our stores and deliveries running.
