Job summary

Morgansholding is seeking a skilled data engineer/analyst to design and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines, build real-time dashboards for sales, stock, and delivery, and model data for forecasting and AI integration.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn messy questions into clear, evidence-based answers, translating data into actionable business insights in a fast-paced retail environment in London.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data engineering and/or analytics on production systems.
• Strong SQL and Python, with experience in data warehouses and pipeline tooling.
• Able to both build the plumbing and interpret what the numbers mean.
• Comfortable using AI tools to speed up analysis and tooling.
• Clear communicator who can make data understandable to non-technical people.
