Job summary

MorgansTek is building the customer shopping apps and in-store/driver tools for our grocery business in London. We’re seeking a mobile lead to design, develop, and ship high-quality apps across iOS, Android, and Huawei.

You will collaborate with backend and design teams to deliver smooth, realtime experiences, focus on offline behavior, push notifications, live tracking, and payments. You’ll own release cycles and drive performance improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years shipping production mobile apps.
• Strong with React Native or Flutter; native iOS/Android a plus.
• Experience integrating REST/GraphQL APIs, payments, maps, and real-time features.
• A feel for mobile UX and an eye for detail.
• Self-directed, curious, and comfortable owning whole features.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain cross-platform mobile apps for iOS, Android, and Huawei.

Build and improve the mobile apps our grocery business runs on every day — the customer shopping app, the in-store fulfilment app for staff, and the driver app for deliveries.

What you’ll work on

• The customer grocery shopping and ordering app
• The in-store fulfilment app used by store staff
• The driver app for deliveries and live tracking
• Shared foundations: payments, push, offline, and real-time sync

What you’ll do
