Reactive Markets is seeking a Lead Frontend Engineer to own and shape the frontend stack for a high-performance trading platform. The role requires hands-on work in TypeScript, JavaScript, and Rust, with responsibilities spanning architecture, code reviews, and team leadership.

Qualifications

5+ years frontend experience with TypeScript/JavaScript (ES6+)
Experience leading or setting technical direction for a team
Familiarity with React and reactive state management

Responsibilities

Drive the technical direction and standards for the frontend stack
Hands-on coding in TypeScript and Rust and code reviews for critical work
Own delivery, quality, and production readiness of the frontend platform
Mentor and develop engineers on the frontend team
Collaborate with CTO/CDO and client-facing teams to translate priorities into software
Ensure the team owns Level 3 support and observability
