Reactive Markets is seeking a senior full-stack engineer to join our frontend team working on a high-performance trading platform. You will collaborate across the full stack, from trader-facing interfaces to services behind them, using TypeScript and Rust.

This is a senior IC role focused on solving hard, performance-critical problems end-to-end. Occasional out-of-hours work may be required for production releases and incident responses. Remote-friendly with flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering with a track record delivering complex front-to-back systems.
• Strong experience with React and Rust in a high-performance context.
• Comfortable working across the full stack, including performance, reliability, and observability.

Responsibilities

• Build complex full-stack features in TypeScript and Rust for real-time trading interfaces.
• Drive performance and reliability in low-latency systems used in production.
• Collaborate across frontend, backend, and quant teams to ship features end-to-end.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering culture and standards.
• Investigate incidents, write docs, and improve monitoring and observability.
