Job summary

GIOS Technology is seeking a Frontend Developer (Public Sector / SC Cleared) to join a hybrid team with 2 days in Exeter Office. You will interface with internal APIs, search indexes and cloud deployment pipelines, delivering responsive UI components across platforms.

Experience in public sector environments with mixed Azure and AWS clouds, plus hands-on Elasticsearch and SQL-like databases, is essential. Strong UI/UX focus, WCAG accessibility and Agile practices are required.

Qualifications

• Frontend Developer with experience in APIs, search indexes and cloud deployment pipelines.
• Public sector experience in hybrid cloud environments (Azure + AWS).
• Hands-on Elasticsearch and SQL-like databases experience.
• Strong UI design, accessibility (WCAG) and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Interact with internally developed APIs, search indexes and cloud deployment pipelines.
• Work in a public-sector context with mixed cloud environments (Azure + AWS).
• Work hands-on with Elasticsearch and SQL-like databases.
• Ensure responsive UI and accessibility per WCAG standards.
