Job summary

DW Search is seeking a senior Front Office Lead Business Analyst to join a major investment technology and transformation function within a leading asset manager. You will lead a team of analysts while shaping strategic change across the Front Office landscape.

In this hands‑on role you will partner with Portfolio Managers, investment teams and technology partners to translate priorities into requirements, operating models and scalable solutions, while driving improvements in analysis standards

Qualifications

• Strong Business Analysis experience within Asset or Investment Management.
• Understanding of Front Office / Public Markets investment processes.
• Experience delivering across research, portfolio management, trading or investment operations.
• Experience leading, mentoring or managing Business Analysts.
• Experience collaborating with senior investment and technology stakeholders.
• Ability to define requirements, processes and operating models.
• Comfortable partnering with Product, Architecture and Engineering teams.
• Strategic thinker who remains hands-on when needed.

We’re working with a leading global asset manager looking to hire a senior Front Office Lead Business Analyst to join a major investment technology and transformation function.

This is a senior, hands‑on role working across the investment lifecycle, partnering closely with Portfolio Managers, investment teams, Product, Architecture and Engineering to shape and deliver strategic change.

The Role

You’ll lead a team of experienced Business Analysts while remaining closely involved in the analysis and design of complex front‑office initiatives.

The role will cover areas including investment research, portfolio management, trading and investment operations, helping translate business priorities into clear requirements, operating models and scalable technology solutions.

You’ll also play a key role in improving how analysis and design is performed across the function, driving greater consistency, simplification and reuse across investment teams.

• Able to operate strategically while remaining hands‑on when required
