You will draft, review and advise on corporate loan transactions, including LMA documentation and syndicated loan deals, while coordinating with multiple stakeholders across a flexible, international platform.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with a strong academic background.
• Experience drafting, reviewing and advising on corporate loan transactions.
• Experience with LMA loan documents and syndicated loans.
• Ability to manage own transactions and work with multiple stakeholders on large deals.
• Experience in-house or via secondment is desirable.
