Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Framework Management to lead operation, governance, and growth of key frameworks within its Nuclear New Build business. You will build trusted client relationships, drive performance, and guide multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial and financial awareness with experience managing cost, margin, risk, change, and contractual obligations.
• Able to build trusted relationships with senior clients and align multiple teams, projects, and stakeholders.
• Motivated by providing strategic direction, structure, and clarity to complex framework, programme, or portfolio environments.
• Experience leading governance across frameworks, programmes, projects, or commercial arrangements.
• Strong in pipeline development, opportunities, bids, and mobilisation activities.
• Clear, confident communication helping others understand framework performance and wider business objectives.
• Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused in resolving challenges and improving performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategically important client frameworks as part of the Project Delivery Capability team.
• Oversee framework governance, performance reporting, action management, and assurance activities.
• Shape and develop pipeline opportunities, bids, mobilisation plans, and significant call‑off opportunities.
• Ensure delivery of projects and work packages aligns with time, cost, margin, quality, and performance targets.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, delivery teams, and internal stakeholders as the key contact for framework matters.
