Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead framework management within its Nuclear New Build portfolio. You will oversee governance, performance reporting and delivery across major client frameworks, shaping bid opportunities and mobilisation plans while ensuring alignment with cost, schedule and quality targets.

You will build strong senior-client relationships, guide multidisciplinary teams, and drive continuous improvements to strengthen long-term partnerships and business

Qualifications

• Experience leading governance and performance reporting across frameworks.
• Strong ability to manage cost, margin, risk and change within complex programs.
• Proven track record in pipeline development and bid mobilisation.
• Excellent communication with senior clients and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance, performance reporting, action management and assurance for frameworks.
• Shape pipeline opportunities, bids, mobilisation plans and call-off opportunities.
• Oversee project delivery to meet time, cost, margin, quality and performance targets.
• Build trusted client relationships and act as primary contact for framework matters.
