Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a proactive project governance professional to join the Nuclear New Build team within the Project Delivery Capability group. You will coordinate framework governance, performance reporting, and assurance activities while supporting pipeline opportunities and mobilisation plans.

You will build strong client relationships, balance time, cost and quality targets, and help drive continuous improvements across the nuclear sector.

Qualifications

• Commercial and financial awareness relevant to cost, margin, risk, and change management.
• Ability to bring structure and coordination to frameworks, programmes, or projects.
• Strong relationship-building with clients and cross-team collaboration.
• Experience supporting governance activities across framework, programme, or commercial domains.
• Able to coordinate opportunities, pipelines, bids, and proposals while juggling priorities.
• Clear communication turning performance data into insights for various audiences.
• Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused in delivery challenges.
• Eager to identify improvements and promote consistent standards in nuclear projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate framework governance activities, performance reporting, action management, and assurance processes.
• Support development of pipeline opportunities, bids, and mobilisation plans.
• Assist in delivery of projects ensuring time, cost, margin, quality, and performance targets.
• Build and strengthen relationships with clients, delivery teams, and stakeholders.
• Monitor risks, issues, changes, and resource constraints with escalation and resolution.
• Capture lessons learned and identify opportunities to improve performance and ways of working.
• Contribute to business development and growth across the nuclear sector.
