Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Framework Management to lead operation, governance, and growth of key frameworks within its Nuclear New Build business. You will build trusted client relationships, drive performance, and guide multidisciplinary teams.

• Strong commercial and financial awareness with experience managing cost, margin, risk, change, and contractual obligations.
• Able to build trusted relationships with senior clients and align multiple teams, projects, and stakeholders.
• Motivated by providing strategic direction, structure, and clarity to complex framework, programme, or portfolio environments.
• Experience leading governance across frameworks, programmes, projects, or commercial arrangements.
• Strong in pipeline development, opportunities, bids, and mobilisation activities.

Your role

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Play a key role within our Nuclear New Build business, leading strategically important client frameworks as part of the Project Delivery Capability team.
• Lead framework governance, performance reporting, action management, and assurance activities to support successful delivery.
• Shape and develop pipeline opportunities, bids, mobilisation plans, and significant call‑off opportunities in line with business objectives and client needs.
• Oversee the effective delivery of projects and work packages, ensuring alignment with time, cost, margin, quality, and performance targets.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, delivery teams, and internal stakeholders, acting as the key point of contact for significant framework matters and delivery challenges.
• Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned, performance insights, and the adoption of effective ways of working.
• Support business development activities and help shape future opportunities across the nuclear sector.
• Provide leadership and direction across multidisciplinary teams while supporting the growth and development of project managers.
