Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) invites a Senior Manager - FP&A Systems to lead the Oracle EPM platform strategy and delivery across Consolidation and Close, Planning, Reporting, and workforce planning. You will partner with Finance Transformation and Engineering to drive governance, stability, and innovative planning capabilities.

Reporting to Enterprise Functions Engineering, you will guide external partners and internal teams, ensure SOX controls, and support critical financial planning

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering Oracle EPM platforms in a large global enterprise.
• Strong FP&A knowledge: budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning.
• Experience leading finance transformation programmes and vendor governance.

Responsibilities

• Own Oracle EPM platform strategy, roadmaps, and governance.
• Lead design, configuration, and optimisation of EPM solutions.
• Drive adoption, automation, and standardisation across planning processes.
• Manage monthly release assessments, testing, and deployments.
• Oversee incident, problem management and service improvements.
