Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group is seeking a Senior Manager for FP&A Systems to own and advance Oracle EPM. You will partner with Finance and Transformation teams, design and optimise planning and reporting processes, and drive governance, security, and data integrity across the enterprise.

You will lead complex programs with internal engineers, partners, and vendors, ensuring timely delivery of planning cycles, consolidations, and strategic finance initiatives in a global environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience delivering and supporting Oracle EPM solutions.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS/EPBCS) and FCC.
• Strong knowledge of EPCM, EDMCS, Narrative Reporting and Data Management.

Responsibilities

• Own the Oracle EPM platform strategy, roadmap, governance, and operations.
• Partner with Finance Planning & Analysis and Finance Transformation teams.
• Lead design, configuration, and optimisation of Oracle EPM solutions.
• Drive adoption, best practices, automation, and standardisation.
• Manage monthly release assessments, testing, and deployment.
• Oversee application support, incident and problem management, and platform availability.
