Job summary

Two Circles is seeking a senior FP&A leader to partner with the business, owning planning, performance management and commercial decision support across the EMEA MCT capability. You will lead a small team, drive profitable growth and raise forecasting quality in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

You will translate complex data into actionable insights, challenge senior stakeholders, and shape long-term financial plans.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with 8+ years FP&A/commercial finance experience.
• Experience in SME/agency or sports/entertainment sector

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range plans.
• Provide commercial insight to senior leadership.
• Develop reporting on revenue, margins and performance.
• Drive process improvements and automation.
