Cedar in London is seeking an exceptional FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning. You will manage a team of 2 FP&A Analysts and report to the Finance Director, delivering high-quality analysis to support strategic decisions.

You will develop financial models, scenario analysis, and partner with senior stakeholders to challenge performance and drive business growth. This is a high-profile role in a PE-backed consumer business with significant growth plans.

Formación

• Big 4 trained Chartered accountant with TS/Corporate Finance background.
• Strong financial analysis experience.
• High growth mindset and intellectual horsepower.
• This role could suit a Big 4 trained Chartered accountant seeking their first move into industry.

Responsabilidades

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning processes.
• Oversee FP&A function delivering high-quality financial analysis, reporting and insights.
• Develop and maintain financial models, scenarios and forecasts to evaluate performance and opportunities.
• Collaborate with senior commercial stakeholders to provide financial insight and challenge decision-making.
• Deliver meaningful management information and reporting to improve visibility of drivers.
• Support evaluation of strategic initiatives and business cases with robust analysis.
• Identify and implement improvements to planning, reporting and analytics processes.
