Job summary

Cedar in London seeks a Senior Finance Business Partner to bridge finance and operations in a PE-backed healthcare business. Hybrid work arrangement with three days in the office, reporting to the Finance Director and leading a two-person team.

You will own budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and KPI reporting, partnering with commercial leaders to drive pricing and investment decisions. A strategic finance professional, you will support board reporting and scalable controls.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with 2+ years PQE in a commercial setting.
• Experience in a finance business partnering role, ideally in PE-backed or fast-paced growth environments.
• Strong communication skills to influence non-finance stakeholders and translate data into decisions.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary finance partner for commercial and operational teams with credible relationships.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for your business areas.
• Partner with commercial leads on pricing, contracts, and investments with a margin-focused view.
• Own reporting and analysis of key commercial and operational KPIs for leadership oversight.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of two professionals.
