Compass Associates are partnering with a fast-growing health and social care provider to appoint an FP&A Manager. You will join a small finance team, report to the Finance Director and oversee budgeting, forecasting and weekly EBITDA insight across the business.

Based in Leicester, Birmingham or Chesterfield on a hybrid basis, the role offers £50k-£60k with benefits and scope to shape the function as the business scales, including system projects and partnering with operational leaders.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in FP&A, analytics or commercial finance required.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insight.
• Experience partnering with operational teams and managers.
