Job summary

Behavox, a cloud-native AI company, seeks a Senior FP&A Analyst to own the core financial model, forecast accuracy, and acquisition analytics. You’ll translate budgets into decision-ready insights for leadership, the board, and investors.

This high-autonomy role requires mastery of three-statement models, SaaS unit economics, and robust scenario planning, using Google Sheets and Excel alongside AI tooling. London-based with global scope.

Qualifications

• Knows how an integrated three-statement and operating model fits together, including SaaS revenue recognition and cost treatment.
• Understands bottom-up forecasting and driver-based long-term modeling in SaaS contexts.
• Has experience valuing acquisitions, performing due diligence, and integrating targets into a consolidated model.

Responsibilities

• Owns the core three-statement and operating model with scenarios and sensitivity analyses.
• Builds valuations, pro-forma models, and integration views for acquisitions.
• Drives monthly/quarterly/annual business reviews with narrative explaining results.
• Analyzes metrics, identifies drivers, and presents actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Leverages AI-enabled tooling to speed up validation and maintain data integrity.
