Job summary

Mercor seeks a Domain Expert – FP&A (Financial Forecaster) to lead advanced forecasting work and QA of AI-agent outputs. The candidate will deeply understand Financial Forecaster, navigate complex models, and ensure accurate covenant and KPI disclosures across multi-entity structures.

Requires 5+ years in FP&A or related fields, with weekly or more use of Financial Forecaster, and strong attention to detail in variance analysis and reporting packs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A experience in analyst/manager, financial reporting, or lender reporting roles.
• Regular use of Financial Forecaster weekly or more as part of job responsibilities.
• Ability to read models, coordinates, and accounts across time and entities.

Responsibilities

• Review and QA AI-agent rollouts within Financial Forecaster.
• Identify failure modes and improve difficulty of tasks.
• Update grading guidance for accuracy in model-based tasks.
• Ensure accurate tie-outs between model outputs and source documents.
