Job summary

euNetworks is seeking a commercially-minded Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead FP&A, forecasting, performance reporting and business partnering across the business. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this role will take ownership of monthly financial reporting and deliver high-quality financial insights to the Board and ExCo to shape strategy and drive performance.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading FP&A in a complex, international B2B business.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent preferred.
• Strong ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Experience owning monthly management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis.
• Experience presenting to Board and ExCo audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis across the business.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing FP&A team with clear objectives.
• Own monthly financial reporting with accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide insights on trends, variances and performance improvements.
• Enhance models, tools and processes for faster decision-making.
• Prepare reporting for Board and ExCo, ensuring consistency across forecasts.
