Job summary

Behavox is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to own the core financial model architecture, integrate budgets, and build valuations and pro-forma models for acquisitions. The role emphasizes accuracy, scenario planning, and actionable insights for senior leadership.

You'll translate numbers into strategic recommendations, stress-test assumptions, and leverage AI tooling to speed analysis while maintaining financial integrity and governance across the executive team and investors.

Qualifications

• Understands three-statement and operating models, SaaS revenue recognition.
• Knows how budgets feed into core financial models and forecasts.
• Deep understanding of acquisition valuations and integration.

Responsibilities

• Owns and maintains the core three-statement and operating model with robust architecture.
• Builds valuations and pro-forma models for acquisitions and due diligence.
• Drives monthly, quarterly, and annual business review narratives for senior leaders.
• Diagnoses SaaS metric movements and models drivers and levers for decisions.
• Applies AI-enabled automation to recurring FP&A workflows while preserving judgement.
