Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in the United Kingdom seeks a Senior Finance Analyst to lead regional FP&A for MedTech across EMEA. You will drive planning, forecasting, and performance reporting, partnering with BU Finance, regional leadership and Global stakeholders to enable data-driven decisions. Location: Pinewood/Maidenhead.

Strong Excel and financial modeling, Anaplan experience preferred. Bachelor’s in Finance or related; ACCA/CIMA/CPA a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related.
• Professional finance qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CPA/CMA) preferred.
• FP&A or business partnering experience.
• Experience supporting multinational or regional organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and forecasting cycles for the MedTech EMEA region.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual management reporting with executive commentary.
• Partner with BU Finance, FP&A, Controllers and Regional Leadership.
• Provide insights on trends, growth drivers and operational performance.
• Support planning system enhancements and process improvement.
