Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in the United Kingdom seeks a Regional Systems Analyst to support Anaplan-based planning models, act as a liaison between business users, process owners, and technical teams, and ensure planning activities run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Business, or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in planning, analytics, finance systems, or supply chain systems.
• Experience with Anaplan or similar planning platforms preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work across business and technical teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Understanding of AI concepts and responsible AI practices; experience generating prompts to boost efficiency and productivity.
