Global Payments in London is seeking a Strategy Manager to shape how we grow, innovate, and deliver value for merchants globally. You’ll join the Corporate Strategy team, turning insights into action and translating strategy into tangible results with product leaders and senior leaders.

You’ll own priorities that drive growth, influence investments and partnerships, and help position Global Payments for the future of commerce through strong recommendations and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or a strategy-focused role within a financial institution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced capabilities in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience developing strategic recommendations and translating information into actionable insights.
• A passion for innovation and a strong interest in payments and fintech.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build credibility across a complex organization.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with senior leaders.
• Proactive ownership-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
