CSL Behring is seeking a Senior Analyst FP&A, Planning & Reporting to support financial planning, budgeting and forecasting for the Operations function. You will drive standardised tools and templates, coordinate calendars, and partner with Operations Finance Business Partners to deliver timely financial insights.

You will manage monthly, half-year, and year-end reporting, develop dashboards, and provide scenario planning to enable informed decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of FP&A, budgeting, or reporting experience.
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Understanding of production operations or commercial processes is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across a CSLB Operations function or site.
• Deliver monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting cycles with dashboards.
• Develop financial metrics and provide insights into operational performance.
• Provide variance analysis and collaborate with leaders to address variances.
